2025 ANNUAL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW
19th and 20th of July 2025.

Unfortunately, the committee has been forced to change the venue for the 2025 national championships to Gunnedah NSW. After an extensive effort by Lachie to try and secure a venue in Queensland were unable to do so. We explored many options all of which were unavailable or unsuitable.
We understand and sympathise with the disappointment that particularly our Queensland members will be feeling but we had no other options and time was getting away. We will endeavour to return the show to Queensland in 2027 and subsequently are now calling for nominations for venues to be discussed at the AGM in Gunnedah.

Membership: $30 per annum – DUE 1ST JULY 2024 or $75.00 for 3 Years
Entry Fee: $3 per entry, MEMBERS ONLY
Birds can be penned on Friday, 18thJuly from 10.00am until 5:00pm and on Saturday, 19th July from 7.00am until 8.30am SHARP.
The show will conclude Sunday Morning, 20thJuly 2024

All entries are made subject to the rules of the club
Exhibits must be healthy and show no signs of recent dubbing.
All fowls will be inspected prior to judging, any bird that is deemed not healthy or is showing signs of recent dubbing will be removed from the pavilion.

Catering will be available at the Pavilion at reasonable prices
All care will be taken to ensure that exhibits are secure, but you enter at your own risk.
PRESENTATION DINNER, AGM and Auction

6.30pm at Gunnedah Shire Band Hall, South Street Gunnedah
Cost $45.00 per head buffet, dessert available and coffee.
Children’s menu available $25.00
Members are required to indicate numbers attending and include payment with the entry form. This will ensure that all are catered for as we must indicate the number attending 2 weeks before the event.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
N.B. AGM to be conducted Saturday 19th July 2025, at the completion of judging (approximately 3pm) at the Gunnedah Poultry Pavillion
