20th and 21st July 2024.

The Gympie Region is located only 90 minutes north of Brisbane and just under 5 hours from the New South Wales border

PRESENTATION DINNER, AGM and Auction

5:00pm Annual General Meeting

Approx 6:30pm Presentation Dinner

At the Gympie RSL Club

Cost: Approx.$30 per head (2 course meal)

Members are required to indicate numbers attending and include payment with the entry form. This will ensure that all are catered for as the Club must indicate the number attending a week before the event.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

AGM to be conducted 5:00pm on Saturday 13th July 2024 at presentation dinner

Bird Auction

9:00am Sunday, 14th July

SELLERS: Auction Pens: $10 each. (No commission from sales, full proceeds retained by the seller).

Auction entries must be indicated on the entry form to secure an auction pen.

Auction will be held at the presentation dinner with an Auctioneer. Photo and video of fowls will be on display during on a projector more information contact Sean Phillis

All the accommodation are close to petrol stations, the main shopping centre, pubs and restaurants which will include the potential destination of the awards dinner. All are also accessible to taxis and courtesy buses if the venue has them.
