Membership: $30 per annum – DUE 1ST JULY or $75.00 for 3 Years
Entry Fee: $3 per entry, MEMBERS ONLY
Birds can be penned on Friday, 17th July from 10.00am until 5:00pm and on Saturday, 18th July from 7.00am until 8.30am SHARP.
The show will conclude Sunday Morning, 19thJuly 2026

All entries are made subject to the rules of the club
Exhibits must be healthy and show no signs of recent dubbing.
All fowls will be inspected prior to judging, any bird that is deemed not healthy or is showing signs of recent dubbing will be removed from the pavilion.

Catering will be available at the Pavilion at reasonable prices
All care will be taken to ensure that exhibits are secure, but you enter at your own risk.

Members are required to indicate numbers attending and include payment with the entry form. This will ensure that all are catered for as we must indicate the number attending 2 weeks before the event.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
N.B. AGM to be conducted Saturday 18th July 2026, at the completion of judging (approximately 3pm) at the Gunnedah Poultry Pavillion
