Membership: $30 per annum – DUE 1ST JULY or $75.00 for 3 Years

Entry Fee: $3 per entry for the first 10 entries, then $1.00 per entry thereafter. MEMBERS ONLY

Birds can be penned on Friday, 17th July from 10.00am until 5:00pm and on Saturday, 18th July from 7.00am until 8.30am SHARP.

The show will conclude Sunday Morning, 19thJuly 2026

All entries are made subject to the rules of the club

Exhibits must be healthy and show no signs of recent dubbing.

All fowls will be inspected prior to judging, any bird that is deemed not healthy or is showing signs of recent dubbing will be removed from the pavilion.

All care will be taken to ensure that exhibits are secure, but you enter at your own risk.

PRESENTATION DINNER, AGM and Auction

Saturday night - 18th July

Presentation Dinner: Red Lion Hotel, 7:00 pm, $60 per head (two-course alternate-drop menu).

Members are required to indicate numbers attending and include payment with the entry form. This will ensure that all are catered for as we must indicate the number attending 2 weeks before the event.

We have reserved 20 rooms for July 17 and 18, 2026, under group reservation number 266619 for Club members.

The Bell Tower Inn have offered a 10% group discount, bringing the nightly rate to $159.75 per room twin share.

The reserved rooms contain one queen and one single bed; however, they are happy to provide alternative rooms with the same discount.
